Presentation Skills

Business Planning
We believe that a business plan should be the ‘heart’ of any business, communicating with all areas within the organisation to enable it to function to its highest potential. It should not only set out the way forward for the forthcoming year, 3 years, 5 years but should be a living document that can reassure all aspects of a company from stakeholders to employees alike, and have the scope to encompass change as changes happen.
We work with senior people within an organisation, to help develop the business plan that works for them, by understanding the business issues that affect their organisation. We help them develop initiatives for the coming years, understand the critical issues that will affect their business and plan for ‘doomsday’, as well as the crucial day to day issues within the business.
When something happens, could it have been anticipated? If it could, then it should have been and it will form, part of the business plan itself.
Recruitment
Recruitment can be one of the most difficult things to get right within any business. It can also be one of the more expensive mistakes that an organisation will make. We offer either the training to improve recruitment skills or we work with our clients throughout the whole recruitment process.
We are able to support recruitment in a number of ways. Firstly we offer a one day training event which can be run internally or externally to develop peoples recruitment skills. Secondly, we work with our clients, either from the standpoint of carrying out the recruitment brief on their behalf and presenting candidates that fit the profile, or by working closely with the client throughout the process providing support at each stage.
For all our training programmes we also provide one to one coaching and mentoring where this is the preferred developmental route.
