Job Description:
This stand alone subsidiary business forms part of a listed organization which is a market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of technologically advanced lighting products and equipment into a variety of Commercial & Industrial market sectors.The organization is now ideally positioned to enter a period of rapid & significant growth based on exploiting their innovative new products and now wish to recruit an exceptional Regional Sales Manager, whose principal task will be to substantially increase sales and earnings. This is an autonomous role offering real accountability and an opportunity for personal development in an organization with considerable growth potential.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Director with P&L responsibility, this ‘hands on’ role will focus on maximizing sales growth and profitability through exploiting new market opportunities with this environmentally advantageous product offering.With a strong order book for the next two years within the businesses core market you will be tasked with developing new product sales and applications into the specification markets.
You must provide clear leadership, not only in terms of strategic market direction and business planning but also in the overall management development of the organization.

A high performing business leader with a background in sales and marketing ideally within a specified building products environment you must have a track record of exploiting fully market potential and growth opportunities. This could be your first senior management appointment.You will be commercially astute, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills along with the ability to inspire and develop others in order to maximize performance and activity…
