Project Manager - ( Lighting Solutions ) £45-55k Neg Basic ( DOE ) Plus Car & Bonus 

Our client, a Major Player within the Building Services Sector, is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for their newly created Major projects team and will be tasked to work on large scale prestigious UK projects and manage their own contracts 

The Role:

Duties will include managing project through the lifecycle focusing on both (Electrical and Lighting ) liaising with key stakeholders, ensuring project is delivered to organisation framework and guidelines, producing project management plans, managing project budget, delivering progress reports and other associated duties.
 

The Person:

The successful candidate will have good client facing skills and demonstrable project management experience on major M&E fit out projects, with knowledge of project management environments, educated to HND or higher in relevant subject. Experience of project safety management also required. Experience of working on M&E projects in a senior managerial capacity would be desirable, as would membership of a relevant professional body.
The Project Managers we are looking to speak to will have to be able to demonstrate clear and concise experience with Managing and being 100% responsible for all aspects of the Project including Commercial duties with Client and external contractors, Planning & Estimation including profit projections and plans, Procurement of materials, Quality and Risk Estimations of each project, implementing and managing HSE policy on site, Sub Contractor Hiring, managing, development and training.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate at least 3-5 years+ experience in managing the full Project process which MUST include project start up, running phase and project completion. This will include but not limited to the following experience:

• Detailed knowledge of formal Project Management process such as PMBOK
• Detailed knowledge of Managing Electrical / Lighting Engineering Services Projects
• Excellent commercial knowledge and a good reputation for managing clients from Contractor side.
• M&E technical Background
