Project Manager (Lighting Solutions) £45 - 55k Plus Bonus + Car / Allowance 

Operational Responsibilities:-

• Create  and update a master timing plan covering all aspects of the project
• Manage and communicate with all parties that will deliver the project this may include factories, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, sales and commercial team members and others
• Manage all aspects of personal and project health and safety to current legislation and best practice including RAMS
• Ensure the job holder and all those working on the project are suitably trained with relevant certification
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, under the cost target set and to the quality expectations set out for the project
• Convene and chair regular project meetings and that actions are taken and recorded to ensure the project is on track
• Create and keep up to date all necessary records to deliver the project, that conform to legal requirements, business needs and customer expectations
• Provide reports of projects status and actions being taken

Candidate Profile :-

• More than 5 years project management success in a construction environment ideally in an electrical industry, lighting experience would be a distinct advantage ( not essential !) 
• Creating, updating and using project timing plans
• Evidence of managing all health and safety requirements of a project including developing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel (including Pivot tables)
• Ideally degree educated in an appropriate field of study (electrical engineering, Building Services, lighting)
