Overview:

This stand alone subsidiary business forms part of an International organisation which is a market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of technologically advanced lighting products and equipment that sell into a variety of Commercial & Industrial / Retail market sectors.

The organisation is now ideally positioned to enter a period of rapid & significant growth based on exploiting their innovative new products and now wishes to recruit an exceptional Contractor Sales professional whose principal task will be to substantially increase sales and earnings. This is an autonomous role offering real accountability and an opportunity for personal development within an organisation with considerable growth potential.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the UK Sales Director with budget responsibility, this ‘hands on’ role will focus on maximising sales revenue and profitability through exploiting new & existing market opportunities with their environmentally advantageous product solutions.

With a strong order book for the next two years within the businesses core market, you will be tasked to penetrate NEW and existing clients and focus specifically on M&E Contractors, / End Users - FM & Education sectors and all decision makers within the relevant channel.

Personal Credentials:

• A high performing business professional with a background in Sales and Marketing ideally within a Value Engineering / specified building products environment you must have a track record of exploiting fully market potential and growth opportunities. 
• You will be commercially astute, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills along with the ability to inspire and develop others in order to maximise performance and activity…!
• You must be entrepreneurial, ambitious and highly motivated with the ability to drive the business forward into this rapid period of growth with the capability to grow with the business as it develops throughout the UK.
