How you'll make an impact

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the Financial Controller will play a vital role in the company's operations and future, driving improved financial performance by actively partnering with all operational functions to deliver against business objectives.

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance finance team
• Production of monthly Management Accounts, departmental budgets, multi-year forecasting and daily/weekly KPI's
• Produce accurate cash flow models, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
• Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and providing insightful analysis to help them understand performance drivers on sales, spend, pricing, and margin
• Managing all financial controls, quality standards and communication to stakeholders
• Encourage collaboration between various functional teams across the business
• Responsibility of managing the year end audit
• Maintaining accurate accounting data, with a focus on continuous system & process improvement
• Oversee all activities relating to the delivery of Finance projects

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Have finance delivery experience, with particular focus on Management Accounting, controls, and business partnering

• A strong communicator and be able to work calmly under pressure and make high-level decisions on a wide range of issues
• A commercial mind-set and capable of understanding the broader goals of the business.
• An active manager who can motivate their team and develop talent
