International Sales Manager – (H&V Products) £55k Negotiable Basic Plus 30% OTE + Car Choice

The Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a member of the Commercial Management Team with responsibility for primarily Business Development as well as Account Management in geographic territories outside of the UK, predominantly throughout Europe.

Duties:

• Will have significant experience of business development with technical products
• Experience in developing new business internationally
• Must have proven technical sales experience, through close collaboration with technical and engineering teams
• Be able to successfully demonstrate a consultative approach and adapt this when speaking to stakeholders both internally and externally
• Able to form strong professional relationships with all key decision makers at each customer/prospect(s)
• Ability to understand customer processes quickly
• Strong commercial awareness
• Must have a degree-level education in a technical discipline preferably within electronics or electrical engineering
• Ideally you will be commutable to their manufacturing site M3/ M4 Corridor, or understand that when not travelling you will be at site regularly.

Summary:

This is a very important position and the successful applicant will be instrumental in terms of managing existing sales at key account level and more importantly, development of new sales at target customers across Europe.
