Area Sales Engineer - (South London & South East)  £34-40K Basic + Commission + Car

Our client is a renowned UK Ventilation business. They are seeking an enthusiastic, driven salesperson with existing contacts in the Social Housing sector, able to bring in new business and build a strong rapport with clients. Fantastic training will be provided on products and the business.

Key areas of responsibility:-

• Achieve sales targets set by the UK Sales Director & the Management Team
• Maintain records relating to achievements, including, quotations issued, sales volume, projects closed, calls made, presentations completed, etc.
• Prepare and coordinate sales reports for the UK Sales Director
• Ensure good relations are maintained with all customers in the designated region.
• Ensure excellent communication with clients and clients representatives to ensure the smooth and profitable execution of projects
• Attend monthly sales meetings
• Maintain and expand the existing customer database
• Attend client events when required
• Provide industry feedback on market trends
• Management of effective time management to maintain productivity
• Maintain Company CRM records
• Achieve UK Sales and personal KPI’s
