The Company are recruiting a Business Development Manager to help drive product awareness and sales of their Lighting offer.

Role description

The role of the Business Development Manager will be tasked to:-
- Work closely with Branch & Regional Managers to help grow and develop each respective wholesaler partner business...
- Implement a Strategic Business plan for each account
- Target Senior most decision makers in each organisation and account develop long standing relationships
- Become the main point of contact for all resellers and distributors
- Develop and win new name business
- Maintain and hit set targets relating to revenue and growth
- Develop and implement weekly branch call plans to become the main point of contact for clients
- Maintain an up to date file of all product and market information
The successful Candidate will be totally responsible for running their area which will consist of the following post codes :- B, CV, DE, LE, NG, OX, DY

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate will have sales experience within the Lighting / Electrical Industry or sales experience relating to a similar product. You will need to demonstrate consistent sales performance and achievement of targets.

Ideally you will have 2+ years sales experience in this field and be within a commutable distance to the territory.
