We are looking for a Category Manager to take full ownership of our client's cable management portfolio (including cable trays, ladders, trunking, fixings, and accessories). Support Sourcing & Supply: Work with procurement to optimize supplier relationships across the UK, Europe, and the Far East, identifying dual and near-sourcing opportunities.
Empower Sales Teams: Act as the technical product expert, supporting major project bids and delivering impactful product benefits training.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in category management, product management, or commercial procurement within electrical products, cable management, HVAC, or construction materials.Commercial Acumen: A margin-obsessed mindset with solid experience handling pricing frameworks, cost control, and supplier negotiations.
Data-Driven Skills: Highly proficient in Excel and ERP systems to track KPIs and build actionable category dashboards.

The Right Mindset: A pragmatic, hands-on operator who thrives in an agile SME environment and can confidently influence cross-functional teams.
