OEM Sales Manager (Southern Europe) - Lighting Solutions €70-90k + Neg Basic Plus Uncapped OTE + Car


Location:  Home based – with travel.
Compensation:
•    €70K+ Neg – Base Salary, Commensurate with experience,

Our client is a fast-growing, LED commercial lighting Manufacturer, the role is based in Southern Europe. The company sells throughout the European Market. They are market leaders in Wireless Lighting Control Solutions.

Job Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified sales and marketing professional for their growing OEM channel. Our client is seeking an energetic, highly motivated sales professional who strives for consistent growth and builds long lasting loyal relationships.

Responsibilities:

•    Establish and meet sales quotas.
•    Increase bottom line sales.
•    Grow market share.
•    Travel for sales calls
•    Set up and attend industry trade shows.
•    Extensive knowledge of the product line
•    Call on key OEM clients.
•    Develop and implement sales strategies.
•    Develop and manage marketing strategies for the OEM channel.
•    Review and report on sales activities; make recommendations to senior leadership team.
•    Other duties as assigned from time to time.
•    This position can be based anywhere in Southern Europe - ITALY / SPAIN / PORTUGAL /  and requires extensive travel.

Requirements:

•    Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the lighting industry
•    Minimum three years LED technical sales experience
•    Minimum five years’ experience selling to major lighting fixture OEM’s or minimum five years working for an allied industry selling components into OEM's ( electrical ).
•    Demonstrated experience marketing to the lighting industry.
•    Demonstrated knowledge of commercial lighting and the electrical industry
•    Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated.
•    Demonstrated ability to work independently.
•    Fluency in Spanish and or Italian highly desirable
