Marketing Executive – £40-45k Neg Basic + Excellent Career Progression

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Create and deliver the UK marketing plan to agreed timeframes and budgets
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, social media, content and events
• Manage all marketing materials and ensure alignment with brand values
• Update and optimize the company website
• Support product management and new product development activity
• Produce and distribute promotional literature and sales support tools
• Coordinate exhibitions and promotional events from planning through to delivery
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics
• Manage customer communications, surveys and research projects
• Work with third-party partners and suppliers to maximize marketing reach and impact

Skills and experience:

• Previous marketing experience, ideally within a B2B or technical products environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Mail Chimp, Hootsuite and CMS platforms preferred
• Formal Marketing or Business qualification (with marketing modules) desirable
• Event organisation and management experience an advantage
• Able to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
