International IT Director ( UK Based ) £75 to 110k+ Neg Basic + Car + Exec Benefits

The Role:

The position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure related IT/Digital strategy and services are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing significant project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements, tracking and delivering to plan on these projects for both UK and Internationally.

Key Requirements:

Must exhibit technical mastery within the IT function

• Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution
• Must be knowledgeable in IT SoX Compliance Requirements
• Must possess strong time and project management skills
• Must be an excellent communicator (written, verbal, presentation) with experience in making presentations to C-level executives
• Proven experience driving process improvements; experience in an organization practicing Lean Dailey Management preferred
• Must have a strong customer service orientation
• Must have experience managing an IT budget of at least $8M
• Experience with the following technology is required:
• LAN/WAN
• Servers & Virtualization
• Cyber-Security & IT SoX Compliance
