I agree to Maddison Consultants approaching potential employers
on my behalf and if applicable, will supply a potential employer
with my details and CV. I agree that if an employer receives my
information prior to any other contact that I may have with that
potential employer, then Maddison Consultants will be deemed to be
the introducer.
