Regional Sales Manager - Nordics (Architectural Lighting) £90-110k Plus Bonus + Exec Benefits


Our Clients are market leaders within High End Architectural Lighting Design and supply, they have an incredible product portfolio and manufacture to exacting custom designs and are now expanding to several international markets. To accelerate this growth, they are looking for a Nordic Sales Manager. 

 

Your role as Nordic Sales Manager

Full responsibility of commercialising Architectural Lighting products in the Nordic Region including but not limited to:
Develop and execute on market plan for each Geographic Region including:-

 

 

  •     Market research
  •     Commercial/pricing models
  •     Sales targets and forecasting
  •     Establish partnerships for indirect sales 
  •     Set up efficient sales processes
  •     Develop sales and marketing material
  •     Manage PR/PA
  •     Set up and lead customer C- and Specifier level meetings
  •     To create pull in the market, proactive end-customer activities together with partners
  •     Develop and manage template agreements
  •     Manage procurement processes
  •     Establish and manage a sales force for the Nordic Countries
  •     Manage & appoint new / existing re-seller agreements and set commercial terms
  •     You will report to the Global Sales Director and work closely with the management team. 

 

Your skills and qualifications

We believe you have at least 5 years work experience with the following qualifications:

  •     Significant experience of sales to “Specification Sector” clients through tender processes (preferably within lighting channel) 
  •     Significant experience of building and managing a sales organisation.
  •     Significant experience of developing sales and marketing material
  •     Significant experience of selling via Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Lighting Designers, End users.
  •     In depth experience of developing template agreements
  •     Well documented track record from prospecting new business and creating new accounts/markets.
  •     In depth experience of using CRM-software, excel etc.
  •     BSc/MSc or MBA in business, marketing, finance, or relevant field
  •     Fluent in Norwegian and English (good understanding of any other Scandinavian language is a bonus)
