About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a comprehensive range of Door Entry, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Fire & Emergency Lighting products into an established region where your principal task is to grow existing accounts across the business. You'll engage with Installers, End-Users, and Consultants, building strong relationships to drive product demand as with the necessary support to distribution partners within your designated territory !
 
  • Achieve regional sales targets and drive business development.
  • To cover UK sales territory of London & South East 
  • Promote new products/services to new and existing customers, energising the distribution network.
  • Manage and develop relationships with distributor accounts via regular communication and visits.
  • Provide sales and product support to installers, including site visits.
  • Monitor market trends and report significant variations to the UK Sales Manager.
  • Submit monthly reports on sales projections, costs, and activity.
  • Travel within and outside the territory, including overnight stays.
  • Plan and organise technical, commercial, and sales seminars for distributors and installers.

What are they looking for?

  • Knowledge and experience working with Access Control, Security products / CCTV / Alarms / Fire & or Emergency Lighting products and possess a deep understanding of the sector and the industry in general.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a history of achieving high-level sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong drive for success and highly organised.
  • To be based in the territory within the South East.
