Project Sales Manager (Exterior Lighting Solutions) £55k+ Neg Basic Plus Superb Commission + Car Choice

The Company:
For over 60 years our client has led the way within the Lighting industry in the UK and throughout Europe, they are a successful high profile lighting manufacturer renowned the world over, they provide professional lighting solutions to an unrivaled standard.

Due to continued growth and planned expansion they are currently searching for an experienced Lighting Specification Sales Manager to develop new business through the specification route throughout South East UK.

The Role:

• Developing sales of the full range of Exterior / Architectural lighting products via Landscape architects; M&E Consultants; building contractors and Local Councils in Southern England;
• Major focus on the development of new business relationships through the Southern region specification market;
• Improving margin from organic and new account growth through a proactive sales/service relationship and a developed awareness of the customers needs;
• Co-coordinating the development and delivery of exceptional levels of customer service and technical support.

The Person:

• Proven and successful sales experience gained from within the lighting industry coupled with a solid commercial acumen and the proven ability to build key relationships.
• Wealth of solution and consultative selling in the lighting specification market in Northern UK particularly among Architects; M&E Consultants and Local Councils.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level with outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated with the will to succeed in delivering results in a dynamic environment.
