Head of Sales Europe €130-140k Neg Basic Plus High OTE + Exec Benefits
This role will suit a results-driven experienced European sales leader who relishes the opportunity to make a real difference, and who possesses the skills, sector expertise and personality to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a global sales strategy in line with Co. business plan.
- Restructure the sales team and recruit great new talent.
- Manage and enhance the existing distributor network inc M&A opportunities ...
- Create new opportunities for contract and project sales throughout Europe, particularly within the hotel and hospitality sectors.
- Identify new customers, channels and markets.
- Help identify new products/product areas, and develop pricing policy and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate proven, verifiable experience of:- Rapid, global sales growth within a fast-moving, dynamic organisation.
- Growing and managing a globally dispersed sales team.
- Growing and managing a global distributor network.
- Bringing on new customers, territories and markets.
