Branch Manager (Essex) £55k + Neg Basic Plus High OTE + Car (Major Brand)

Our Client is seeking a Branch Manager who can perform a leadership function for a £3 million+ pa business, providing best in class HVAC products to key clients - servicing contractors and industrial end-users.

This is a stunning role for an ambitious self-starter who perhaps seeks to manage their 1st branch!?

Previous sales experience within H&V wholesaling is a must, as with an ability to man manage.

Job purpose:

To maintain and develop Branch activities to ensure both a profitable business and a fully developed workforce.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to Company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed.
• Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of your Branch.
• Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Manage Health & Safety procedures
• Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
• Develop personal skills and capability through any means necessary and approved by the company.
