Senior Product Manager ( Electrical Division ) £65-75k + Neg Basic Plus Bonus + Car Allowance

We are currently searching for a talented Product Manager for a Major Electrical Manufacturing business.

In this role, the Product Manager focuses on full product lifecycle management, promoting and developing the position in the market, working with customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Support the top-level strategic priorities for growth by developing strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
• Analyze and develop strategies around product positioning, value proposition, messaging, markets, product line rationalization, and profitability.
• Contribute to the innovation cycle through identification of opportunities, capturing and integrating needs of target customers, both leading and supporting projects, and driving successful commercial ROI.
• Build relationships with customers, helping to solve their needs, voice their perspectives internally, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and lead digital advancement projects related to the website(s), digital marketing & programs, internal and external focused tools.
• Become product Data owner, including support for internal systems, external databases, and part number setup & maintenance.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Technical acumen to understand electro mechanical products, applications, and market needs.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long term goals while tactically reacting quickly to changing market conditions.
• High energy and results driven – Methodically sets goals, tasks, holds team accountable.
