Regional Sales Manager - London & Home Counties ( Electrical Solutions ) £70k+ Neg Basic + Uncapped OTE + Car 

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a proven Sales Manager located in the home counties that has easy access to London.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and developing the regional sales team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, setting sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management in an electrical manufacturing role.
• Proficiency in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and motivate a sales team
• Strong analytical and report preparation skills
• Familiarity with the wiring systems or construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not essential
• Full training provided
