As the Global Account Manager / Director you will lead a £100m+ portfolio of Tier 1 contracts where Quality, Compliance, and Continuity are the primary currencies. Architect the Future of European Manufacturing
In the world of outsourced manufacturing, few roles offer the scale and strategic autonomy found here. As the European Global Account Manager (GAM), you aren’t just managing accounts; you are the CEO of a £100m+ business unit.
You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and industrial execution, serving as the primary executive bridge between the in house world-class manufacturing capabilities and the most prestigious strategic partners across Europe.
 

The Impact You’ll Make


Strategic Sovereignty: You own the full P&L. You won't just hit targets; you’ll engineer margin protection and cost-control strategies that safeguard the bottom line in a volatile global market.
 

Top-to-Top Influence: 

This is a boardroom-level role. You will lead "Top-to-Top" relationships with C-suite stakeholders, moving beyond transactional supply to build multi-year, value-based Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
 

Operational Synergy:

You will orchestrate the
"One-Face-to-the-Customer" approach, aligning in house R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams across multiple countries to ensure that when you promise excellence, we deliver it.

Complex Negotiation: From navigating FX volatility to complex MSA renewals, you will lead the high-stakes negotiations that define our regional growth.

Who You Are
You are a seasoned leader who understands that in manufacturing, a strategy is only as good as its execution.
 

The Veteran: 

You have 5+ years of senior commercial leadership within EMS or Contract Manufacturing, specifically serving Medical, Aerospace, or Defence markets.

The Financial Expert: 

You have successfully steered P&Ls in the £75M–£150M+ range and understand the nuances of working capital and variance analysis.

The Diplomat: 

You possess the executive presence to influence Board-level decisions and the cultural intelligence to lead diverse, cross-border teams.

The Engineer of Growth: 

You likely hold a degree in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred), but your real qualification is your track record of turning complex operational challenges into commercial wins.
