Job Summary

We're seeking and experienced and dynamic CEO to lead our buying group in the electrical industry this successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement supply chain management and leadership with the proven track record of driving growth improving profitability and building strong relationships with suppliers and members.

Key Responsibilities

1)  Strategic Leadership:  Develop and implement overall strategy for the buying group driving growth profitability and member satisfaction
2)  Procurement and Supply Chain Management:  Oversee procurement and supply chain management ensuring optimal sourcing pricing and inventory management
3)  Supplier Relationships:  Foster strong relationships with suppliers negotiating contracts managing performance and ensuring compliance
4)  Member Engagement:  Build and maintain strong relationships with member companies understanding their needs and delivering value through innovative Solutions
5)  Financial Management:  Manage financial performance ensuring profitability and sustainability
6)  Industry Representation: Represent the buying group in industry forums conferences and networking events
7)  Team Management:  Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement

 Requirements:

1) Experience: 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
2) Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the electrical industry including market trends technologies and regulatory requirements.
3) Leadership: proven leadership skills with experience in strategic planning team management and change management.
4) Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers members and stakeholders.
5) Financial Acumen: Strong Financial Management skills with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
