UK Sales Director -  (Lighting) £80 to 110k+ Neg Basic Plus High OTE + Car 

Our Client, one of the UK lighting Industries well known brands, is now looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to help them develop their company into existing and new markets.
With heavy investment made within R&D and with access to one of the largest LED Lighting ranges in the world. With many new products launched this year, they need to bring them to a wider audience to realise their full sales potential.

You are likely to have several years’ experience at a senior level in lighting sales and be able to make use of your close personal contacts to bring quick results. Experience in both End User and or Specification channels encompassing Lighting Designers, M&E Cons, Architects, & Interior designer groups plus Retail End users would be distinctly advantageous.

You will be tasked to strategically align the company to Commercial / Indoor lighting project opportunities and additionally set targets and manage a multi-cultural team of Project Sales Engineers / Area Sales Managers across the UK & Europe appointing and hiring staff as and when appropriate.

Knowledge of lighting, commercial experience, good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team combined with PC skills and being well organised in your working methods are the pre-requisites for this role - and will need to be demonstrated by those invited forward for interview !!
 
This is a Senior Strategic Leadership position and the remuneration level will not be a problem for the successful applicant.
