UK Brand Manager - ( Electrical / Lighting Products) £45-55k+ Neg Basic + Bonus + Car / Allowance + Benefits  

Role Objective / Summary

The role is integral to developing engagement with Installing contractors with relevance to all business trading channels

• Develop mechanisms to improve engagement and brand recognition with the contractor/installer for long term enhancement
• Through relevant research and liaison with sales teams and linked industry groups identify best practice for on going engagement strategies
• Own and manage activities including Educational video's, Social Media, Direct marketing and with Marketing manager associated focused campaigns
• Reformat educational videos to suit CPD, to create Industry technical credibility through creation of White Paper knowledge bank.
• Utilise and leverage relationships held through Projects and Specification (Soft / Hard)
• Exploit opportunities to cross sell all Lighting / Electrical brands to benefit full width of contractor relationships
• Maximise working with ECA & NICEIC, to benefit brand reach
• Respect current trading channels and align activity to relevant Contractor profiles
• Work to create reputation as Industry technical voice for all Co. Brands 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Qualifications / Experience
• Business Degree or Diploma
• Experience in related Brand Marketing via M&E Contractors 
• Minimum 5 years appropriate experience
• Experience within Lighting or Electrical industry (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Proven track record
