Sales Director (Lighting Solutions - APAC Region) ££ High Basic + Exec Benefits + High OTE
The Role:As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for the Strategic Sales & Marketing effort to develop the brand it's products and solutions via market sectors including but not limited to - Specification / Landscape Architects & End User business Channels all via VAR's (Distributors)
- Develop, plan and ensure execution of Region, product group & sales strategy.
- Set both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services and ensure maximum profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (Agent Network) to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
- Seek to identify and appoint (Hire & Fire) local re-seller agents
- Covering the following territories - Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Myanmar, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Philippines
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience of contract, negotiating and project management.
- Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue via VAR's
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to motivate
- Professional Lighting Industry Experienced - (this is a MUST!)
- Previous lighting design / sales specification experience
- Degree educated, vocational qualification would be advantageous
- knowledge of design software packages also helpful but not essential
