Lighting Training Manager - £55k+ Neg Basic + Bonus + Car / Allowance 

THE ROLE

1. Must be a self-starter who will advise and implement the strategic training road map for the Group  business.
2. To assume overall responsibility for training for the business with the support of Technical and R&D Dept's. This includes all sales and support teams. 
3. To develop and administer product training for employees in the UK, Ireland and Europe, also assist in the product training plans for Export markets.
4. To assess training and development needs within the Sales teams and help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge relative to their roles within the organisation.
5. Create training materials (Presentations, Videos, Articles, eBooks etc.) for Company personnel and customers. To present in-person and on-line training sessions and monitor the training effectiveness, using the latest technology and techniques.
6. Provide support of CPD’s for clients throughout the  UK.
7. The role will include regular travel and overnight stays etc

THE PERSON 

The ideal candidate will be a team player, technically minded and have a passion for lighting technologies & training. Above all, someone who can work independently, is well organised and has excellent presentation skills !
