Export Sales Manager  - € 70k Neg + Exec Benefits (Architectural - Exterior Lighting )

The Role: 

As the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic sales & marketing effort to develop the brand it's products and solutions via market sectors including but not limited to - Specification / Landscape Architects & End User business  channels ....

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and ensure execution of Export Division, product group sales strategy. 

• Set both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services and ensure maximum profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.

•  Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.

Essential

•  Experience in strategic planning and execution.
•  Experience of contract, negotiating and project management.
•  Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue
•  Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to motivate
• Professional Lighting Industry Experienced - Architectural (this is a MUST!) 

Desirable

•  Previous lighting design / sales specification experience
•  Degree educated, Italian language skill distinctly advantageous
•  Knowledge of UK / Italy / Germany / Scandinavian region would be beneficial !
