A superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join a major FM Service provider to develop and grow a Technical Services and Facilities Management business throughout the UK with current revenues more than £170m pa.
OVERVIEW
This business forms part of a group which is a market leader in Facilities Management and in particular Hard Service Maintenance Solutions that provide turnkey services to a wide variety of Commercial & Industrial market sectors.
The organisation is now ideally positioned to enter a period of rapid & significant growth based on exploiting their innovative services and now wish to recruit an exceptional UK Managing Director, whose principal task will be to substantially increase revenues and earnings.
This is an autonomous role offering real accountability and an opportunity for personal development in an organisation with considerable growth potential.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO with P&L responsibility of Circa £170Million+, this “hands on” role will focus on maximizing sales growth and profitability through exploiting new market opportunities with this best-in-class M&E Technical FM offering.
With a strong order book for the next two years within the businesses core market you will be tasked to develop a new strategic business plan combined with the management of the commercial team to ensure the respective operational teams are clearly focused upon retention, new business growth and selling the companies services capabilities.
You must provide clear leadership, not only in terms of strategic market direction and business planning but also in the overall management & development of the organisation.
Business Credentials
A high-performance business leader with a background gained in strategic commercial leadership and general management ideally from a Facilities Management / Hard Services environment, you must have a track record of exploiting fully market potential and growth opportunities.
You will be commercially astute, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills along with an ability to inspire and develop others around you to maximize performance and activity.
You must also be entrepreneurial, ambitious and motivated with the ability to drive the business forward into this rapid period of growth with the capability to grow with the business as it develops throughout the UK.
