UK Marketing Manager £55k Neg Basic plus Car / Allowance + Bonus

The Role:

To provide customer insight and marketing expertise to drive and support the UK & Ireland subsidiary via local marketing initiatives and omni channel campaigns, events and promotions. To manage key internal and external communication channels to support the organisation’s Corporate & Global Marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver the annual marketing strategy, in close collaboration with the UK Managing Director
  • Responsible for Company publications and all UK & Ireland marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of all relevant material, managing contributors to specified deadlines
  • Creation and implementation of a NEW UK&I marketing strategy including product, Marcomms, Media, Campaigns, Trade shows all (Internal & external) plans
  • Drive Omni-channel continuous campaigning and deliver appropriate advertising and PR
  • Identify ways in which activity can improve. Report on and interpret marketing activity, using the results to continuously improve ROI
  • Conduct regular and adhoc customer data analytics to exploit profitable growth opportunities
  • Increase repeat purchase, account re-activation and new account acquisition.
  • Deliver clear brand and range positioning, new product launches, and development of improved or new sales concepts
  • Management of a range of external suppliers, such as print management companies and media owners
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal UK & European departments, including Commercial, Sales, Pricing, Digital and Operations to effectively and profitably develop the offering across the various sales channels, meeting the commercial objectives of the company.
  • Plan, shape and execute customer research and market insight, providing recommendations on approach & content to maximise insights. Build actionable outputs from research to improve Company performance
  • Production and delivery of internal communication activity
  • Management and reporting of the Annual Marketing budget
  • Plan, develop and implement a customer Loyalty Program, liaising with key stakeholders on ‘exception customers’ and rewards. Recommend and oversee campaigns to drive engagement and overall sales – UK & European adoption scheme
