ELECTRICAL PROJECT / CONTRACT MANAGER WANTED FOR THIS OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY - EARLY APPLICATIONS ADVISED !

Head of Commercial and Contracts – (Lighting)  £55-65k Neg Basic + Commission + Car/ Allowance

Job Function:

To provide leadership and direction across the business for all commercial and contractual requirements in order to minimise commercial and contractual risks and to provide an accurate standardised commercial reporting structure across all business operations.
To monitor commercial reporting and provide a robust governance and high-level analysis of Project and business Commercial performance

Organisation Structure:

The Head of Commercial and Contracts reports direct to the Commercial Director and maintains a close working relationship and coordination with other directors
The Head of Commercial and Contracts has Commercial and Functional Responsibility for the following departments:

• Central Engineering
• Project Commissioning (Projects)
• ProCare (Maintenance and aftercare)

 

Responsibilities:

Provide management of all Commercial and Contractual aspects of projects.
Responsible for the Health and Safety management of reporting departmental office and site staff including their up to date training and appropriate certification to undertake their duties (e.g. current CSCS accreditation)
Ensure appropriate controls are in place to monitor all aspects of the project budgets to ensure maximum profitability and minimum liability.

Ensure engineering resources are monitored and are controlling costs and expenditure against agreed budgets. 
Monitor account status for all major projects to ensure quotation, order and variations are aligned throughout the project (s)


Other duties may be undertaken as and when required and are subject to change in line with the company requirements.
