The Role: 

As the Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic sales & marketing effort to develop the brand it's products and solutions via market sectors including but not limited to - Specification / Trade & End User business  channels ....

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and ensure execution of Global Division, Business Unit or Product Group sales strategy. 

• Set both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services and ensure maximum profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.

• Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.

Essential

•  Experience in strategic planning and execution.
•  Experience of contract, negotiating and change management.
•  Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue
•  Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Excellent leadership skills with strong ability to motivate
•  Electrical Industry Experience is a MUST ! 

Desirable

•  Previous B2B experience
•  Degree educated, marketing or business advantageous
•  knowledge of EMEA region would also be beneficial !
