Assistant Branch Manager - £25-34k Neg Basic Plus High OTE + Car (Major Brand)

Our Client is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager who can perform a support leadership function for a £4 million pa business, providing best in class electrical products to key clients - servicing electrical contractors and industrial end users.
This is a stunning role for an ambitious self-starter.
Previous sales experience within electrical wholesaling is a must, as with an ability to man manage.
 

 

Key responsibilities and accountability:

1.     Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
2.     Manage and motivate staff, train and develop staff, according to Company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed.
3.     Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
4.     Manage Health & Safety procedures according to company procedures.
5.     Plan and develop future trading with assistance of Marketing coordinator.
6.     Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy making as required.
7.     Develop personal skills and capability through any means necessary and approved by the company. 
8.     Manage Trade Counter, Stock Control / Logistics / Deliveries etc
