VP of Sales (LED Lighting Asia Pacific) £150k+ Neg Basic + Exec Bens

Our Client, are a leading name in the manufacture of specialist products with market leading brands for the Lighting products sector. They are of significant size and scale and are highly successful in their marketplace. They create sales demand through a combination of private and public sector organisations, designing and supplying product based LED solutions. They sell through distributors, major retailers, and International clients and are part of $MM International group, with significant ambition for further growth.

• This key role reports to the Group MD, forms part of the senior leadership team and carries responsibility for heading up the Commercial Sales and Marketing areas of the business. It is a role that combines setting and executing the sales, marketing and commercial strategy with a “hands-on” approach to delivering profitable growth whilst building strong sustainable commercial relationships.
• Educated to degree level, you will be a results-driven and highly focused individual with strong sales and marketing background and you will have built an excellent track record in a similar environment. You will possess entrepreneurial spirit but with the sensitivity to engage with customers as well as shaping the direction of the internal organisation. Experience supplying the construction sector, liaising with Architects, Consultants, Developers, Contractors and Distributors is a prerequisite as with English / Asian language skills.
• You must be credible with customers and colleagues and structured in your approach, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering profitable sales growth; be hands on achiever with the ability to inspire others, you will be open, energetic and comfortable working at all levels in the organisation. Team work is a key element of the client’s culture.
