National Sales Manager (Director Designate) ££ High Salary + Major Co. Benefits + Car
Overall responsibility:
The National Sales Manager will play a strategic role and is tasked to maintain and expand relationships across UK & Ireland.
- Assigned to the customer portfolio (National) is responsible for achieving sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives.
- The Strategic role offers the entire range of company products and services to assigned customer groups, Specification & Trade channels while being responsible for the customer account planning cycle ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the business.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Actively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements for a one and three-year period.
- Takes ownership of the Trade (framework agreements) to ensure maximum benefit for Company & Trade / buying Groups agreed initiatives.
- Actively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that the best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
