Marketing Communications Manager £Neg High Basic + Bonus + Car

This is an exciting new opportunity within the company. It would suit someone looking to make an impact in a rapidly expanding company. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be supporting the sales department to ensure on-going exposure for the Company and their new and existing Lighting & Connected (IOT) product portfolio, as well as planning / implementation of the communications & advertising strategy for the company.

Responsibilities will include:

•     Planning and assisting with launch and marketing of new and established products
•     Managing multiple launches – maximising & maintaining on-going exposure
•     Including forward planning of new products.
•     Communicating launches externally & internally
•     Promotions
•     Point of Sale displays
•     Ensuring descriptions / features / benefits / images are available for each product
•     Advertising & Media planning & implementation with industry publications & Ecommerce
•     Marketing to end-users / Specifiers (Contractors & End users...)
•     New product releases/write ups in trade press
•     Making “more noise” & PR about the Company in the industry
•     Website, social media, giveaways… - Digital Marketing
•     On-going website management & customer communication
•     Develop, keep fresh and manage Co's SEO
•     Brand building and capitalising on perception based on stunning products & exemplary Service
•     Other areas of involvement - Catalogue management & product packaging
•     Market research / intelligence

Key requirements:

•     3 years + proven experience B2B as Marketing Communications Manager
•     Managed large portfolio of products
•     pref Knowledge of Lighting / IOT market
•     pref working within the Electrical Industry with knowledge of Specifiers / Contractors & End Users
•     Current knowledge/experience of Offline, Online & Social media marketing
