UK Operations & Deployment Manager (Hard Services) £70-75k Neg + Bonus Plus Car
Overview:
This is a Senior Management role within the Service Operation UK&I Hard FM Platform accountable for ensuring that hard FM solutions are clearly articulated within the business development and bidding cycle, that what is sold to customers is enabled and mobilized within the respective accounts, and that all standard services, tools and initiatives which exist within the hard FM context are fully deployed within all market segments and available to business operators for implementation with the support of the Hard FM platform.
Job Purpose:
Ensure that the hard FM platform is equipped with the processes, tools and resources to fuel growth within the accountabilities of business development, bidding, mobilisation and service deployment and strategic initiatives deployment.
Lead the deployment of hard FM strategic initiatives into UK&I market segments.
Establish and develop mobilisation and deployment strategy and function across hard FM Platform within Service Operations in the UK and Ireland Region building upon high level input from Global Service Operations FM Platform
Lead the ongoing implementation of the Hard FM platform mobilisation and deployment programmes at regional level, supporting global programmes as appropriate, liaising with senior SMEs in the hard FM platform to ensure resource availability, advising upon capability and capacity hot spots.
Lead the ongoing strategic and tactical development hard FM Platform mobilisation and deployment programmes at a regional level supporting global programmes as appropriate.
Focal point for business development and bid support for the hard FM platform in the UK&I utilising SME support across the hard FM platform.
The Person:
- Experience of public and private sectors relating to FM / IFM / Hard FM and business models ability to articulate a strategic approach at a senior level
- Proven track record of delivering deployment programmes so as to achieve tactical and strategic objectives, within budget/business parameters and in accordance with Industry best practice
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into tangible programmes of work
- Ability to manage and operate disparate resources within a matrixed organisation
- Management of all compliance issues across accounts
- Mobilisation of accounts and CAFM implementation across portfolio
- Management of 15+ staff Nationwide
