Area Sales Manager ( Northern Home Counties - East Anglia)

The person:

• 3 years in Electrical Manufacturing  
• Driven sales professional looking to take ownership of a high proforming area with masses of oppertunity. 
• Comprehensive understanding & Contacts within  Contractor/M&E space   

Responsibility:

• Identify suitable project opportunities.

• Develop & maintain strong relations with area based end users and contractors

• Monitor the progress of projects from conception to completion.

• All of the above must be done whilst recording all sales / project activity using the company’s CRM system.

• Attend exhibitions and events where required to showcase products and services.

• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with key personnel, especially the Principal, Buyer and Sales teams.

• Have experience of selling products into the construction industry

• Be technically competent with the ability and willingness to learn

• Possess the ability to influence and persuade end users and specifiers to adopt innovative new products

• Work well both as part of a team and as an individual, using your own initiative

• Possess the drive, enthusiasm and work ethic to be able to turn an objective into tangible results

• Have the right to work permanently in the UK with a full UK / EU driving licence
