Area Sales Manager (Electrical Products) £40-46k Basic + Comm + Car Choice

The Role:

The Area Sales Manager is tasked with generating demand for the Company’s Wiring Device products & solutions and for growing the company's Wiring Devices business through the development of project sales activity in London and the South East.

The incumbent will become part of an established and successful team, who have developed substantial existing business in the area.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working with specifiers and contractors
• A sound understanding of the sales techniques required for this market
• The ability and enthusiasm to learn about new products and systems
• The ability to develop and manage supply chain solutions with major contractors and their business partners and to ensure that existing distributors are fully able to support project sales in terms of stock availability, delivery and pricing agreements
• The ability to create and maintain project contact details and record all project activity in the Company’s CRM system

Experience of selling similar or related products would be highly beneficial.

Product and sales training will be provided, along with a high level of marketing support.
